A rectangular yellow gold cigarette case by Van Cleef & Arpels, of stylised lattice form and with four square-shaped sapphires to the thumbpiece, signed in full and with VCA lozenge initials, inventory numbers 8019 and additional French control mark, 139g, 12.5cm wide, with brown suede pouch by Van Cleef & Arpels
