A Derby blue and white sauce tureen and cover c.1765, the quatre-lobed form painted with birds in flight around Chinese buildings, the cover surmounted with a peach finial and applied leaves, and a Derby plate gilded with small flower sprigs within a basketweave moulded border, puce crowned crossed batons and D mark, 24.5cm max.
