Description
A flintlock blunderbuss by Ketland & Co., two-stage brass barrel 14 in., flared muzzle, the hexagonal rear section with 'London' engraved to the top flat together with a later mark: 'K-K 1935' (repeated on butt plate), retained to the stock by two iron keys; double bridle lock signed 'KETLAND & Co', flat ring necked cock; full stock with carved apron around the tang terminating in a shell, brass furniture including an openwork knot design side plate, trigger guard with acorn terminal, brass tipped wooden ramrod.
