A CHINESE RED-OVERLAY GLASS 'CARP' SNUFF BOTTLE 19TH CENTURY With a flattened circular body carved through the red overlay to a clear bubble-suffused ground with two carp amidst aquatic plants, raised on an oval foot, 6.2cm. Provenance: from the collection of Professor J Norman Collie, FRS (1859-1942) and thence by descent.
