A SMALL CHINESE CLOISONNE ARROW VASE MING DYNASTY With a compressed circular body and a tall neck decorated with two phoenix, stylised lotus flowerheads and scrolling foliage, with bands of ruyi-heads to the rim and the foot, all against a white ground, 15.5cm. Cf. Roger Keverne, Winter 2006 Exhibition Catalogue, no.44, for a comparable vase in pottery dated to the Yuan dynasty.
