Louis Julien called Jules Franceschi (French 1825-1893). A bronze group of Hebe and the eagle, the rotating base signed 'Jules Franceschi', the back with a foundry pastille inscribed 'F.P. SANSON SUCCH HAMBURG 4 NEUERWALL', late 19th / early 20th century, 67.7cm high.
