Four animal and zodiac brooches by H.G. Murphy, the circular silver brooches depicting a lion passant guardant, with maker's mark HGM, and London hallmarks for 1932, a flamingo, with maker's mark HGM and London hallmarks for 1933, (brooch pin missing), Virgo, with maker's mark HGM and The Falcon Studio's mark, and Welsh leeks, with maker's mark HGM and The Falcon Studio's mark, all carved and pierced in silver, each 3.2cm diameter
Provenance: H.G. Murphy (1884-1939), and thence by descent to the present owner
