Four silver animal brooches by H. G. Murphy, the circular silver brooches depicting a flamingo; with Falcon studios mark, an artic fox and a lion passant guardant; both with maker's mark HGM, London hallmarks for 1933 and The Falcon Studio's mark, a duck; with maker's mark HGM, London hallmarks for 1938 and The Falcon Studio's mark, all carved and pierced in silver, each 3.2cm diameter
Provenance: H.G. Murphy (1884-1939), and thence by descent to the present owner
