with a wood shaft with brass tacks and painted horseshoes and lines, a buckskin wrist strap with blue, red and yellow glass beads with a forked end with tassels and red paint, the buckskin lash with red paint and cloth and quill binding, with a handwritten label Sioux Riding Whip /25,
