including six Butcher knives with steel blades, five from Sheffield, with riveted wood handles, three boning knives, one blade marked PETTY'S GREEN RIVER KNIFE, two with curved blades, one having bone scales and another with a serrated top edge,
the longest, 39.5cm. (12)
Provenance
One Butcher knife, marked Defiance, Malinda Works. Sheffield is reputed to have been found a Wounded Knee Creek.
