Description

A Plains pouch, possibly Potawatomi
buckskin, coloured glass beads and wool, one side with a Maple leaf, the other with a floral design, beaded edging and with a serrated rim, the drawstring with wool clusters and chequer bead tassels,
20.5cm long,
and an Assiniboine pouch, buckskin with a beaded panel front with a white ground and a series of triangles and two crosses, with open beaded edging and a scalloped rim, with a drawstring and a base fringe, 28.5cm long. (2)
