A pair of Sioux moccasins
buckskin and coloured glass beads, in green, white, blue and red linear patterns to the instep and outside band, with a tapering tongue and stitched border ankle flaps, one with a sewn cloth label inscribed Mrs Iron Tail Chemnitz Germany, with rawhide soles,

Iron Tail was a leading Indian in Buffalo Bills Wild West Show which was in Germany in 1890. Iron Tail's wife accompanied him on this trip.
