An 18ct gold hunter pocket watch by Longines, with lever escapement, the gold case with the crest and monogram of King Farouk, the initials set with calibré-cut sapphires and circular-cut diamonds in platinum, the signed circular dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, the movement signed and numbered 2529803, 5cm wide, leather pouch
Provenance:Reputed to have been presented by King Ferdinand to King Faud of Egypt, on his death it was passed to King Farouk.

Purchased by Ashley Hall, Lancashire in 1954 and remained in their collection until it was purchased privately in 2018
