Description
An Edwardian emerald and diamond necklace, converting to a tiara, the three principal rectangular-shaped emeralds are each millegrain-set within a surround of small circular-cut diamonds, in platinum and yellow gold, within open-work Art Nouveau-inspired mounts set with graduated circular-cut diamonds and separated with smaller emerald and diamond drops, the detachable necklace mounted with groups of three graduated circular-cut diamonds and each joined with a diamond-set scroll, with two additional loose scroll links for the necklace, the centre section detaches which allows it to be worn as a tiara (frame missing), necklace 42.5cm (not including spare links), fitted case by Collingwood
Accompanied by report number 78176-97 from GCS, London stating that the three principal emeralds are natural with minor clarity enhancement. Origin: Colombia
