A large George III Scottish provincial silver Hanoverian pattern basting spoon,

by Alexander Thompson, Aberdeen, circa 1770,

the reverse of the bowl with a plain heel, the reverse of the terminal with an initial 'M', length 41cm, approx. weight 6.8oz.
