A George III silver brandy pan and cover,

by Thomas Heming, London 1762,

baluster form, turned wooden side handle, the pull-off cover with a ring terminal, the cover and base engraved with a crest, length 31cm, approx. weight 25.5oz.

The crest is that of many families including Brownsword, Drummond, Nevouy and Newnham.
