A LARGE CHINESE BRONZE 'THREE FRIENDS OF WINTER' INCENSE BURNER AND COVER
QING DYNASTY
The rectangular-section body decorated with panels containing bamboo, prunus and pine and various animals, with a four character date mark reading long fei ding si to the neck, all supported on four bamboo-shaped legs, the cover with reticulated panels formed as archaistic beasts, surmounted with a detachable lion dog and puppy, together with a bronze stand with four bracket feet, 58cm, 18kg.
