A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'LOTUS' BOTTLE VASE
1ST HALF 19TH CENTURY
The ovoid body with a waisted neck rising to a flared rim flanked by double fylfot handles moulded with tassels, all painted with stylised lotus flowerheads and scrolling foliage, colourful clouds, bats and other auspicious symbols, with stylised lappets around the waisted foot, 34.5cm.
