A JAPANESE BRONZE VASE
MEIJI/TAISHO PERIOD
The tall slender body with a rough surface imitating Bizen pottery ware, with two small frogs clambering up the side, an oval mark above the foot and with a two character seal mark to the base, 30cm.
Provenance: a Spanish private collection, Madrid, purchased from the Kyoto Gallery, Brussels, on 15th December 2000.
