FOUR JAPANESE WOODBLOCK PRINTS, UKIYO-E
EDO AND MEIJI PERIODS
Three by Toyokuni III (1786-1865), two with Kabuki themes (General Taro Yoshikado and the Legend of the Eight Samurai) and the third depicting a couple enjoying the summer breeze, the other print by Kunisada II (1823-1880) and with the actors Iwai Kumesaburo and Ichimura Uzaemon, all mounted on board, 35.2cm x 24.5cm max.
