A PAIR OF BEIJING GLASS RED OVERLAY VASES
LATE QING DYNASTY
Each decorated with a spray of flowering peony and a butterfly in flight, together with a green overlay bowl with a design of horses galloping above stylised waves, the bowl with a six character Qianlong mark to the base, 22.7cm. (3)
Provenance: an English private collection, the bowl purchased at Phillips on 24th June 1992, a copy of the original invoice is available.
