Description
An unusual Indian short sword, curved and flaring blade 12 in., the point formed by two hollow curves converging to a peak, engraved foliate scrolls in the European manner to the forte, the whole covered with (possibly later) gilding; bowenite hilt of characteristic pistol grip form, set with six garnets in gilt mounts.
