A Victorian novelty silver and enamel pencil,
by S. Mordan and Co,
modelled as a Royal Mail pillar box, engraved with the VR cipher, the enamel panel with 'Cleared at 7am and 8pm Sundays Excepted', with a ring attachment, length closed 5.2cm.
