Description
A novelty silver and enamel pencil,
by S. Mordan and Co, also marked 'Pan Tan patent, sterling silver',
cylindrical form, the side enamelled 1-8 in dark blue and with the vari-coloured discs, the top enamelled '1-8', with a ring attachment, length 9cm.
