A Victorian commemorative metal pencil,
marked with a registration lozenge for 1852,
cylindrical form, engraved decoration, the finial modelled as the bust of the Duke of Wellington, the slider with 'Wellington, Born 1764 Died 1852, Assaye, Waterloo', length closed 11cm.
