Description

An early 19th century mahogany longcase clock by Stubington of Gosport, the eight day brass movement striking on a bell, with a twelve inch painted arched dial, with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and a date aperture, signed 'Stubington, Gosport', painted with urns, wheatsheaves and a shell, the case with an arched hood and a conforming trunk door, 206.5cm high.
