Taxidermy. An Edwardian preserved roach by Leonard C. Harwood of Hammersmith, mounted in a naturalistic setting, with an ivorine plaque, inscribed 'ROACH Caught At Shepperton By A. H. ROBINSON. 1 lb 7 1/2 oz. 10 Jan. 1910', in an ebonised and gilt glazed case, the back with a printed paper trade label, inscribed 'LEONARD C. HARWOOD NATURALIST, 9 WESTERN BROADWAY, KING STREET, HAMMERSMITH...', 31.7cm high, 47cm wide, 12cm deep.
