A Russian gold rectangular cigarette case, decorated overall with plain broad stripes alternated with four narrow grooves, the hinged cover applied with a double-headed eagle set overall with rose-cut diamonds and cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, with maker's initials L.K and St Petersburg Kokoshnik with 56 zolotnik, kokoshnik repeated twice to the cover, 9.5cm wide, leather slip case
