A late-19th century Russian silver-gilt and enamel cigarette and vesta case,
maker's mark K.A, St. Petersburg circa 1890,
rectangular form, the flush-hinged cover and base with vari-coloured enamel decoration, the hinged end opens to reveal a vesta holder, with a striker, with a chain and lighting cord, length 9.5cm, approx. weight 7.5oz.
