Description
A Victorian presentation silver epergne,
by Elkington and Co., Birmingham 1882,
shaped oval form, the ends mounted with two reclined griffins, with ball supports and scroll tails, pierced foliate scroll decoration, stylised borders with two oval cartouche bracket feet, with a central oval bowl support, with a cut glass bowl, (small chip top border), and with a presentation inscription, length 50cm, approx. weight 110oz.
