Description
An Indian axe (bullova), crescent shaped steel blade, the socket with a sharpened semi-circumferencial flange; wooden haft 37 in. with simple brass finial, slender steel strip inserted under the socket and bound to the haft with rattan (presumably to stabilise the head), Chota Nagpur.
