λ A Caucasian sword (shashka), slightly curved blade 32.5 in., running wolf mark to one side and a cross surmounting an orb inlaid in copper to the other; ivory hilt with hooked and bifurcated terminal; scabbard with four nielloed silver mounts, first half of the 19th Century.
