An American .30 calibre percussion target pistol, heavy octagonal barrel 16 in., clear and deep six-groove rifling, fine bead foresight to a dovetail mount with protective hood, steel side hammer action, aperture rear sight adjustable for elevation, wooden grips, steel ram rod retained by two pipes to the side of the barrel.
