A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE EIGHT-FOLD SCREEN
19TH CENTURY
The wood frame set with porcelain panels decorated with the Fu Lu Shou amongst other figures in gardens and mountainous landscapes, with further square panels depicting seated figures and with calligraphy, all divided by smaller panels painted with scrolling lotus, 80cm x 135cm.
Provenance: sold by the executors of the late Pamela Spater, d.2018, Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
