A PAIR OF CHINESE CANTON FAMILLE ROSE BALUSTER VASES AND COVERS
19TH CENTURY
Each brightly painted in coloured enamels with alternating panels enclosing figural scenes,butterflies and birds amongst blossoming flowers, all reserved on a gilt ground with enamelled scrolling floral patterns, with four animal masks to the shoulder of each, the covers mirroring the design, 43.5cm.
