A CHINESE BRONZE RECTANGULAR 'ELEPHANT' SEAL
PROBABLY 19TH CENTURY
The rectangular base surmounted by a standing elephant supporting a covered vessel on its back, with harnesses and a saddle-cloth to the animal's body, the underside with a seal mark, 9.5cm, 790g.
