A CHINESE POLYCHROME CARVED WOOD HEAD OF GUANYIN
PROBABLY LATE MING DYNASTY
With downcast eyes and bearing a serene expression, the face framed by her elongated earlobes, her hair arranged in a tall chignon and fixed with a headdress which includes a small seated Buddha, together with a later wood stand, 25.5cm. (2)
