18TH/19TH CENTURY
The metal casing decorated in relief with the Ashtamangala encircling a shrine with two dragons, reserved on a ground of scrolling foliage, the central aperture containing a figure of Vajrapani, all contained within a leather pouch, 18cm, 890g.
