A sapphire and diamond cluster ring, rubover-set with a circular-cut sapphire weighing approximately 1.40cts within an openwork surround millegrain-set with circular-cut diamonds in 18ct white gold, size N
Accompanied by report number 78171-28 dated 26 July 2018 from GCS, London stating that the round-cut sapphire weighs approximately 1.40cts and is a natural sapphire with no indications of heat treatment. Origin: Sri Lanka (Ceylon)
