Description
A massive delftware punch bowl c.1760-80, of exceptional size, the interior painted in blue with an exotic bird perched on an ornamental fence between flowering plants, the rim with an elaborate border of diaper panels, scrolls and Chinese motifs, the exterior painted with flowering branches and an ornamental fence, some damages, 39.3cm.
