λ A George V 'system' vesta walking cane, the brass handle in the form of a devil's head with ivory horns and collar, which unscrews to reveal a compartment for matchsticks, the back of the handle with a strike, with a silver ferrule hallmarked for London 1911 and a rosewood shaft, together with a French Pyrenees Basque makhila walking cane, with a medlar shaft decorated with snakes, the pull-off horn and leather handle revealing a spike, the brass terminal inscribed 'AINCIART LARRESSORE 1915', 96.2cm long (max).
