A Pilkington's Royal Lancastrian Pottery pedestal bowl by Richard Joyce, dated 1918, painted with a band of scrolling foliage to the rim and foot, in rust red on a mottled blue lustre ground, the well with a radiating floral design, impressed marks, painted artist cipher, hairline to top rim, 22cm. diam.
