A LARGE INDO-EUROPEAN CHINOISERIE BLACK AND GOLD LACQUER RECTANGULAR CHEST AND STAND
19TH CENTURY
With a hinged lid, richly decorated with panels containing figures, pagodas, willow trees and gardens, the stand similarly decorated, with an elaborate X-frame construction carved with scrollwork and raised on four feet, 105cm x 95cm x 62cm overall. (2)
