A PAIR OF CHINESE ENAMEL JARDINIERES WITH HARDSTONE FLOWERS
QING DYNASTY
Each quatrefoil jardinière decorated with four cartouches enclosing figures in landscapes, reserved on a floral-decorated yellow ground, the interior of each with an insert imitating earth from which a blossoming magnolia tree and smaller begonia plant grow, the flowers and leaves worked from hardstone and jade, together with wood stands, each with a four character Qianlong mark to the base, 33cm and 34cm high. (4)
