A CHINESE DOUCAI 'DRAGON & PHOENIX' WEIGHING SCALES ROD
QING DYNASTY OR LATER
Painted with a phoenix and two dragons in flight amidst ruyi-shaped clouds, the dragons contesting a moulded spherical pearl, the rod tapering at one end to form the phoenix's beak, with three circular holes for attachment, 39.5cm.
