A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE MODEL OF A PEACOCK

QIANLONG 1736-95

The bird depicted perching on rockwork with his long tail feathers upright and wings by his side, with finely painted detail to his plumage, he sits next to a prunus tree from which blossoming pink flowers grow, 16.5cm.
