A JAPANESE TWO-FOLD PAPER SCREEN, BYOBU
EDO PERIOD, 18TH CENTURY
Decorated in ink and colour on a gold ground with a large cart, hanaguruma, with two large flower baskets, hanakago, containing summer flowers including chrysanthemum, kiku, peony, botan, and iris, kakitsubata, 166.5cm x 187.5cm.
