A Martin Brothers stoneware bird jug by Edwin and Walter Martin, dated 1898, tapering cylindrical form, incised with grotesque anthropomorphic birds glazed pale mushroom with blue highlights, incised 3-1898 Martin Bros London & Southall, hairline to top of handle, 20cm. high
