Description
A small late 19th century gilt brass petite sonnerie carriage clock, the eight day movement with a platform lever escapement, with a repeat and striking on two bells, the backplate stamped 'J. KLAFTENBERGER 157 REGENT STREET', the enamel dial with Roman numerals and with the same inscription, above an alarm dial and a foliate engraved surround, the gorge case with conforming decoration, 11.4cm high (handle down).
