A late 19th century Black Forest carved wood oval box, the hinged lid carved with game birds, including pheasants and grouse, standing on branches and leaves, revealing a vacant silk lined interior, the body relief decorated with leaves and flowers on scroll feet, 34cm high, 34.5cm wide.
